INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

Anxiety & Stress

Anxiety can feel exhausting. Your mind may be constantly racing, overthinking every decision, expecting the worst, or struggling to switch off. Stress can leave you feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, and disconnected from the things you enjoy. Together, we'll work to understand what's driving your anxiety, develop practical tools to help calm your nervous system, and build confidence in your ability to cope with life's challenges rather than feeling controlled by them.

Depression & Low Mood

Depression often affects much more than your mood. It can leave you feeling stuck, disconnected, unmotivated, or like you've lost the version of yourself you used to know. Therapy provides a compassionate space to explore what may be contributing to these feelings while helping you reconnect with your values, strengths, and the small steps that gradually bring hope, purpose, and enjoyment back into your life.

ADHD

Living with ADHD can feel like you're constantly working harder than everyone else just to keep up. Difficulties with focus, organisation, emotional regulation, procrastination, or self-criticism can impact every area of life. Together, we'll build a better understanding of how your brain works, develop practical strategies that fit your life, and work towards replacing shame with self-compassion and confidence.

Burnout & Overwhelm

When you've been carrying too much for too long, your mind and body often let you know. Burnout can leave you feeling emotionally exhausted, disconnected, unmotivated, or like you're simply running on empty. Together, we'll explore what has led to this point, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop healthier ways to balance your responsibilities while protecting your wellbeing.

Low Self-Esteem & Self-Criticism

Many people carry an inner voice that tells them they're not good enough, not worthy, or that they're somehow falling short. Over time, these beliefs can affect relationships, confidence, and overall wellbeing. Therapy helps you understand where these beliefs developed, challenge the stories that no longer serve you, and build a kinder, more balanced relationship with yourself.

Relationship Difficulties

Relationships can be one of our greatest sources of happiness, and one of our greatest sources of pain. Whether you're struggling with communication, conflict, boundaries, trust, or recurring relationship patterns, therapy can help you better understand yourself and the dynamics that keep you feeling stuck. Together, we'll work towards healthier relationships built on connection, communication, and self-awareness.

Life Transitions

Even positive life changes can feel overwhelming. Starting a new career, becoming a parent, ending a relationship, retirement, or other major life transitions can leave you feeling uncertain or disconnected from yourself. Therapy can help you navigate change with greater clarity, confidence, and resilience while staying connected to what matters most to you.

Emotion Regulation

Sometimes emotions can feel overwhelming, unpredictable, or difficult to manage. You may find yourself reacting in ways you later regret, shutting down, or struggling to understand why certain situations affect you so strongly. Therapy helps you develop a greater understanding of your emotional responses, learn practical skills to regulate them, and respond to difficult situations with greater confidence and intention.

Trauma & Relationship Patterns

Our past experiences shape how we see ourselves, others, and the world around us. Difficult relationships, childhood experiences, or traumatic events can continue to affect our confidence, relationships, and sense of safety long after they've happened. Therapy provides a safe and supportive space to gently explore these experiences, understand how they continue to influence your life, and begin building new patterns based on safety, self-compassion, and trust.
